TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and all purchases made through Ode. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products sold by Ode are custom printed to order using DTF printing methods. As such, each item is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

This means that orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless the item is faulty as defined by UK consumer law.

2. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT RESPONSIBIITY

If you upload or submit your own artwork, logo or design, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or
  • You have full permission and legal consent from the rightful owner to use and reproduce it for printing.

By uploading artwork, you accept full responsibility for any copyright, trademark or intellectual property infringements that may arise.

Ode accepts no liability for unauthorised or infringing artwork submitted by customers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that is:

  • Copyright-infringing
  • Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory
  • vSexually explicit or illegal in nature

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of ordering.
  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service.
  • Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Royal Mail.
  • Courier delays do not entitle the customer to cancel or request a refund, as dispatch will have been completed on time from our premises.

4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photo or video evidence.

If verified, we will:

  • ✅ Re-print and replace the item like-for-like (same product, size, colour and design — no changes or edits allowed).
  • 🖼️ We may request the faulty item is returned or destroyed before dispatching a replacement.

No refunds are issued unless required by law.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to:
  • Ensure sizes, colours and custom options are correct before checkout.
  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • Review all details before confirming the order.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, logos, graphics, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Ode or their respective owners.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent.

7. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.

8. LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Courier delays once dispatched.
  • Losses due to incorrect customer input (e.g. wrong size or shipping address).
  • Events outside our control such as strikes, weather disruption, or third-party service failures .

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

    In order to use a design you must have the full rights to it. If you are unsure or have any doubts, please confirm your ownership or seek permission from the copyright owner.

    When you save a design, you are agreeing to the following terms:

    • I hold commercial rights to reproduce the design.
    • If for any reason the legal owner of this design contacts fulfillment house, they will be directed to me.
    • I understand illegal use of third-party copyright content is a serious offence and can lead to penalties.
